Café Central in Leipzig trains chefs and combines the apprenticeship with café and restaurant operations at the Reichsstraße 2 location. Apprentices create menus, procure and store food, and prepare dishes in the correct order and timing. The training includes organizing kitchen workflows as well as costing and guest consultation.
