The mill and bakery Mühle und Bäckerei Bärenhecke trains retail salespeople for sales work in its branches. Training content includes customer advice, product presentation and sales as well as induction in the sales branches including internal seminars and training sessions. The traditional business with over 120 years of history sells more than 250 products in branches in Dresden, Saxon Switzerland and the Eastern Ore Mountains. Requirements include enjoyment of customer contact, friendliness and a minimum age of 16; a qualified apprenticeship and internal exam preparation are offered.
