For the stollen season from September to December, Annaberger Backwaren GmbH is looking for support in order intake and order processing. Duties include taking and entering orders by phone, creating order documents, and assisting with the planning and organisation of mail-order shipping. The role also covers telephone customer care and advice; motivated applicants from other industries are welcome and will receive training. Requirements are a friendly manner, good self-organisation, resilience under pressure, enjoyment of dealing with people, and basic IT skills in MS Office. Experience in telephone order intake is desirable; regular working hours and a pleasant working atmosphere are offered.
